Leads strategic direction and daily operations of the L.A.S.H. Foundation. With over 20 years of nonprofit experience and a personal journey that fuels her passion, Badia is dedicated to ending homelessness and empowering vulnerable communities through housing, workforce development, and community partnerships.

Assist clients navigating the legal system, expungement processes, and documentation.
Case Manager Assistant
Support case managers with intake, scheduling, and follow-up communications.
Workforce Development Coach
Help clients build resumes, prepare for interviews, and identify job opportunities.
Family Services Coordinator
Connect families to housing, food, childcare, and community resources.
Mentor
